Malcolm is a co-creator of the humor exhibit at The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. He also wrote, narrated and published Leading With Laughter -- a six audio CD set of presidential humor featuring the actual voices of Presidents Kennedy, Johnson, Ford, Carter, Reagan and Bush.

A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of SUNY at Buffalo, Malcolm holds a BA in Speech-Communication. His M.A. in Speech-Communication is from the University of Southern California, where he taught freshman speech classes for two years. He also holds a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. Prior to becoming a humor consultant, he practiced law with a major San Francisco firm.
